Used for killing weeds for which it works quite well. Just hover the torch over the plant until it turns a brighter green (all the plant above ground). It will take a day or two but even with perfect growing weather the torched plants will be dead!
The lighter isn't perfect, I expect that it'll give out sooner than later. Then I'll have to use a BBQ lighter to get it going.
