FAQ
Does the chainsaw require oil?
Yes, the chainsaw needs bar and chain oil for lubrication. This reduces wear and helps the tool operate smoothly.
Avoid using motor oil or other substitutes, as they may damage the machine.
What should I check if my 2-in-1 cordless 8-inch chainsaw with pole saw isn’t working?
When connecting the pole, make sure it’s installed correctly. Each extension pole has a “STOP” mark and must be fully plugged in to power on.
Connect only the head and tail poles and turn on the power:
✅ If it works: Check the two middle sections one by one. If a section fails, disassemble and inspect for loose wiring.
❌ If it doesn’t work: Disassemble each section and check for loose wires.
Please send photos of any loose parts. If wiring is not the issue, we’ll continue to assist you further.
How do I adjust the chainsaw chain tension?
The tension of the chain can be adjusted and it is not a malfunction. I will send you a video and you can try to adjust it after watching it.

Please check for the following:
- Is the chain too loose or too tight?
- Is the guide bar/sprocket faulty or worn?
- Is the chain damaged or installed incorrectly (whether it is installed upside down or not fully engaged in the guide bar track)?
- Is the chain operating improperly or overloaded (cutting thick or hard wood, running at high speed for extended periods, or experiencing excessive centrifugal force on the chain)?
