Our warehouses are located in the United States and Australia (with a European warehouse launching in 2026). We will prioritize shipping from the warehouse closest to you.
How long does it take to deliver?

- Australia & NZ: 8‑10 days
- Europe (UK, Germany, Ireland, etc.): 8‑12 days
How to get tracking information?
After your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Additionally, you can track your order anytime on the “Track Orders” page.
Can I return my product?
Yes, please read our Returns Policy carefully before returning your product. If you have further questions, please contact the customer service team.

Requirements for filling in the delivery address.
If the delivery address for your order is a PO Box, it may affect the shipping time.To process your order and arrange shipment more efficiently, please provide a complete and detailed delivery address, which should include: House Number + Street Address + City + State +Zip Code+ Country.Thank you for your cooperation!
